Whether I've played a part in enhancing relationships or positioning messages to generate brand awareness and ultimately grow sales, I've relied on strong communication skills. Effective communication can make the difference between standing out and standing by. Spending ten years in the automotive advertising field gave me a strong introduction to professional communication, but my current role has allowed me to grow alongside an ever-changing assortment of digital communication tools. I also have experience with planning and executing networking events as another way to get a brand message across and ultimately strengthen my organization's market presence. Writing has always been one of my strongest competencies. An organization's culture is essential to attracting and retaining talent. I also enjoy building and helping sustain an inclusive work environment by initiating regular engagement and volunteer activities.
