• Supervision of six professional staff who are responsible for membership and program development for the Central YMCA• Recruit and work with a volunteer advisory board who provide feedback into financial development, fiscal management and day to day operations • Manage the annual Partners with Youth Campaign with a total campaign goal of $45,000• Served 9 After school sites serving over 600 children in 2013• Served over 6,300 children at the Central YMCA Family Center in Youth Sports in 2013• Develop and manage branch budget totaling $2.3 millionKey Results:• Family Center Membership increased from 957 at the end in 2012 membership units to 1,760 in June 2014 for 42%. 1,760 is also the highest facility membership units ever at the Central YMCA.• Improved retention of members from from 37.78% to a high of 52.36% in August of 2013 for a 14.58% improvement.• Improved Board of Management by adding six new board members• Secured grants from the Gene and Jerry Jones Family Charities, Walmart, Arlington Alliance for Youth for our work with Childhood Obesity, and the Tarrant County United Way• Expanded program offerings by reintroducing the swim team at the Central YMCA, Parent's Night Out programs, and Tween/Teen lock-ins• Guest Editor for Camp Business Magazine's Nov./Dec.2013 issue
