As a senior contracts manager and negotiator working in the fast paced legal department, I have significant experience in the information technology area. I work closely with the sales teams who depend on me to structure, draft and negotiate global technology agreements. The sales teams and customers rely on my legal and business experience to come to amicable conclusion of all terms and conditions. I also work with subcontractors, distributors, resellers and outside counsel.I am a trusted advisor, collaborator and contributor with a focus on relationship building.
