Currently manage senior level human resources searches for technology, consumer products, retail & apparel and professional services companies. Track record of success managing over 200+ senior level search assignments over my 20+ year executive search career. My recruiting specialties include: human resources, communications, marketing, finance, operations, sales, and merchandising at the director, senior director, vice president, senior vice president and president levels. Recent search assignments have been in the technology, retail/apparel and consumer products sectors. Client companies include: Apple, Seagate, eBay, Varsity Tutors, HotelTonight, Blue Shield, Nike, Levi's, Wal-Mart, Gap, Frontgate, and Flagship Facility Services. Prior to hrQ, Crowe-innes and Korn Ferry, I worked for Chevron Corporation. I was in their MBA Finance Program, a part of the finance department. My last assignment was to recruit for, and supervise, the MBA Finance Program. I recruited from the nation’s top business schools hiring and managing 20 MBAs. Out of college (Stanford University) my career started with Security Pacific National Bank as an operations supervisor.I hold a Master of Business Administration degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University. I am currently a Class President for UCLA Anderson. I have also served on the Tiburon Peninsula Foundation Board and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Ballet.
