I conduct direct patient care, assist and perform procedures. I triage calls, make outreach and follow-up calls, handle refills, lab results and medications. I also gather data for research for the clinic for patient experience improvement and also for improving patient care.

I was responsible for the direction of about 90 employees that included, Medical Assistants, LPN's and RN's. I was in charge of the education of these employees, reviews, making sure that they are up to date with patient care guidelines. I spoke with patients who were unhappy with thier care. I conducted meetings with each department on a regular basis, I also interviewed and hired the employees.
