Research assistant to PhD candidate in the Silviculture lab at UBC. Job responsibilities included intensive field work extracting tree core samples in variable conditions for 6-10 hours, tree core sample preparation (sanding, labelling, scanning), and dating of tree core samples using CooRecorder.

Executed individualized training plans for athletes in the para-rowing program on a weekly basis.

Engaged with and coached athletes aged 5-12 to develop fundamental skills in downhill ski racing, while fostering a fun and safe environment.

Curated structured, scheduled digital content for the organizations' Facebook and Instagram profiles, and created monthly reports based on the analytics and outreach of the posts. Responsible for the reorganization of all digital media files and archives (5+ years of accumulated media).
