I am a seasoned facilitator and executive coach utilising specialities in NLP, Insights and broader leadership training to support clients to reach their full potential at home and in work. Prior to becoming a executive coach and consultant, I worked in sports development across a series of local and national roles within the UK, with the last 12 years leading the coach development team within sportscotland, our national agency for sport. 25 years in sports development operating at all levels from grass roots to performance sport ignited my passion for self-improvement and supporting individuals to achieve their full potential. The areas where I found most rewarding where supporting individuals to improve their own personal performance which has led to a natural progression into executive coaching. A keen all-round sports woman, I was fortunate to represent Scotland in Rugby Union on many occasions and this experience has been invaluable in my development as a coach, enabling me to draw the parallels between high performance sport and business.
