In January 2022, I launched BAM Organizational Evolutional LLC to help clients fulfill objectives via consulting, organizational development, executive coaching, team development and process improvements.I draw on my extensive experience coaching leadership teams in multi-national organizations in Europe, Asia and North America as well as small local companies in lean leadership, improving performance, and aligning actions to strategy. I am seasoned in process mapping, analyzing workflows, and designing processes to improve efficiency as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. As a highly skilled facilitator in behavioral assessments and organizational transitions, I've successfully facilitated intervention sessions for under-performing teams. I am experienced in managing large-scale international projects and have also designed and built a Portfolio Management Office to ensure activities are aligned to strategy. My senior level leadership industry experience includes pharmaceuticals, engineering, manufacturing, telecommunications, insurance and the financial sector.
