President & CEO of statewide nonprofit successfully navigating pandemic with undisrupted operations, zero furloughs or layoffs, and multi-faceted innovation strategy to meet the current needs of our community and stakeholders. Member of the YUSA Diversity, Inclusion, and Global Initiatives Leadership Council. Founder of the Alliance of KY/WV YMCAs DEI Taskforce. Former Chair of the KY/WV Alliance. Member of national Hispanic/Latino CEO network, National speaker on leadership, youth empowerment, DEI, and youth programming.Oversees annual budget of up to 3.6M, liaises with 28-member BOD (including 7 youth) and three advisory councils, manages multiple statewide and national partnerships, leads development efforts with foundations/corporations/individual donors. Experience in strategic planning, investment strategy, change management, operations management, talent development, large event management, process improvement and project management. Utilizes experience and skills in mental health counseling to manage, empower, and motivate staff, youth, and stakeholders.

Responsible for managing staff and program operations of the Kentucky YMCA Youth Association. Work with the CEO on strategic planning, staffing, budgeting, community partnerships and Board-association management. Oversee personnel and administrative operations, as well as supervising program and regional directors. Engage staff members in professional development plans, as well as actively seek out and offer relevant PD experiences to employees. Manage hiring process, annual reviews, assessments (including the Predictive Index).

Responsible for direction of programs offered by the Kentucky YMCA and supervise the day-to-day activities of the Regional Directors and program staff. Work closely with the Executive Director and other staff to ensure the accuracy of all program and registration materials for the Kentucky YMCA conferences. The position also assumes the role of the Executive Director in their absence. This includes interaction and communication with the Board of Directors, management of all staff, fund raising and conference affairs.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) in adult and adolescent Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs.
