She likes to take the time to truly understand and get to know an individual without judgment in order to serve them more wholly. With a focus on a holistic approach to healing herself and her family, Beth discovered an Ayurvedic path to healing along with the supportive yogic practice she has been trained to guide.Holding Space Ayurveda is a sacred place for individuals seeking support in creating healthy lifestyle changes on their journey to optimal health and spirituality.
