I am an energetic customer service professional and I started my career in customer service and administration over 19 years ago. I have spent about half of my career in customer service with Protective Life Insurance Company where I obtained my Associate Customer Service designation with honors from the Life Office Management Association (LOMA). I have great experience in office management, customer service, data entry, accounting reconciliation, personnel training and life insurance product service as well as product management. I am very knowledgeable in Microsoft Office. I have excellent communication skills and have worked closely with agents and business office associates across the country.
