Customer Service & Operations LeadershipBeth McFadden, Vice President, Contact Center OperationsBeth McFadden joined NEW in 2001, bringing 20 years of experience in customer service and contact center management.As Vice President of Communication Center Operations, Ms. McFadden oversees contact center operations for NEW Customer Service Companies, Inc. She is also responsible for the contact center side of all new client implementations, while developing the strategic direction and ensuring the tactical measures that allow NEW to maintain and improve upon our World Class service for its clients. Since joining NEW, she has played a significant role in assisting the company achieve recognition from J.D. Power and Associates for an Outstanding Customer Service Experience for the communication center – the first in the industry to attain this honor. She has also led company efforts in the selection of sites for eight new communication centers opened by the company.Prior to NEW, Ms. McFadden was Regional Director of Operations with Continental Airlines where she managed reservation centers in Denver, Houston, and Salt Lake City. She also acted as Vice President of Operations for Cendant Corporation where she directed credit card enhancement services, including travel services, auto membership, emergency roadside service, and insurance products.Ms. McFadden is a graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. Currently, she is active on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Montana, and sits on the Board of Trustees for the University of Great Falls. Ms. McFadden's volunteer activities also include Great Falls Rotary Club, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Eagle Mount, American Heart Association and the March of Dimes.
