I love a good container. Ideally, they would all be matching and fit the shelf perfectly, but since new ones are hard to resist, I can be flexible. I also love a good solution. Bring on a challenge, and it’s gratifying to help figure out, create, and map out a path to success.Over the past 30 years, I’ve shepherded four kids to adulthood, taught more than 700 kids, been the director of a preschool, owned and run a flower shop and most recently joined my husband Mike, and the Team at ActionCOACH Milwaukee in their quest to “build a community of kick-ass entrepreneurial leaders who want to think bigger and do bigger through business.”My role as Chief of Staff puts me at the center of all the great parts of owning and running a business. I get to help build and nurture a great team, parlay my nerdy love of containers to create systems and processes that strive to provide consistent, dependable, positive customer experiences, and I get to be a part of a community of dedicated, passionate, growth-oriented business owners and their teams who are working hard to build great lives for themselves, their communities, and their customers. How great is that?
