• Performed in vitro drug metabolism studies using subcellular fractions such as S9 and microsomes across multiple species, and analyzed them via LC-MS.• Performed metabolite profiling of the in vitro samples, such as, phase II metabolism (glucuronidation).• Interacted with chemist to determine compounds for lead optimization phase and stability.• Performed rat necropsy and PK experiments.
