Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, I was responsible for dealing with employees' queries from various stores of the Oldrids & Downtown group across Lincolnshire and liaising with Store Managers and staff. I was in regular contact with Line Managers for employee queries, updates, etc.As well as being involved with the E-Learning Management, I was responsible for providing the resources needed for in-store training and keeping the electronic diary up to date with new attendees.
