Manages the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job requisitions, and candidate reviews. Lead the ATS implementation in Paycom, collaborates with Supervisors and the Finance Director on hiring needs and budget approval, and oversees job offers and salary decisions. Handles employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance with background checks, I-9s, and drug screenings, and conduct orientations. Maintains HRIS data, assists with benefits administration, and supports HR projects.
