As systems administrator I am responsible for installing, supporting and maintaining servers and other computer systems. I maintain active directory, exchange and Microsoft SQL accounts on physical and virtual servers. I oversee the IT help desk to ensure end-user’s questions and concerns are promptly attended to. I am also involved in software development and training.

After graduating Caldwell Community College I started a computer consulting business. PC Works specialized in hardware and software installation, network setup and configuration, security, and software and web design.
