Designed a unique curriculum for native English speaking teenagers living in Israel, heavily emphasizing literature appreciation and composition skills. Program was implemented for ninety students across all junior high school grades.

Managed and implemented a customized CRM project through its entire lifecycle, beginning with choice of outside vendor and ending with successful implementation in London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York. Defined business needs of end users and senior management; worked with the latter to elicit project "buy in." Designed graphical user interfaces for system users. Managed the software-development staff to ensure system compliance with senior management requirements. Helped create a testing protocol and conducted quality control tests on the system. Designed and implemented user training sessions to ensure the project's success.

Worked directly with the managing director of Global Institutional Asset Management to execute high-level strategic projects.
