Current• Manage multiple marketing projects for internal business units which include tracking of digital, print, social media and email campaigns• Manage projects from initial requests, delivery of final product and recording of results during closing of projects• Hired as part of the Marketing Rebrand team to manage new branding of assigned projects using strict branding guidelines. Some of the business units I have been assigned to are TIAA Bank Field, Corporate Sponsorships, Acquisition Marketing, Workplace Banking and Corporate Communications• Assign creative team members and hold kickoff meetings and interim meetings to ensure instructions are interpreted correctly, deadlines are clear and projects are on track• Collaborate with marketing managers, stakeholders, legal, internal and external partners to coordinate timely delivery of each required process• Administer Marketing’s web-based project tracking database for scheduling and reporting• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and report status with key internal partners• Provide ongoing support across the marketing department, including proofing of on-demand client communications and volunteering whenever possible• Recognized by co-workers for building great teams, managing schedules meticulously and being a team player.
