(VP and Pass/Fail)• Coordinate with Corporate Learning and Development (AHD) to develop training materials that will inform employees and managers about the new compensation and performance initiatives. (The four learning modules: Leading Performance Management, Linking Performance and Pay, Setting Performance Standards, VP Systems Training) • Partner with FAA Office of Communication (AOC) to develop the overall communications strategy and clearly articulate the performance management and annual pay increase program vision and design to the workforce.
