JMB Oasis Ranch is a family owned horse facility located in San Tan Valley, AZ. We focus on beginning riding lessons for children and adults. Fostering leadership, responsibility, and self-esteem.

Skilled emergency room nurse in a free-standing emergency department which includes the responsibilities of running laboratory specimens and ventilator management in the absence of ancillary departments. Proficient in patient assessment, management, education, and care planning. Responsible for patients throughout the continuum of life. Demonstrates competency in supervising and delegating tasks to other team members. Utilizes critical thinking skills and time management within an environment which requires flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing situations. Certified in ACLS, PALS, ENPC, BLS.

Emergency RN, a member of a multidisciplinary team at a small multigenerational community hospital. Skills include delivery of emergency nursing care. Continual prioritization, triage, and advocacy for patients of all ages with minor to critical care needs. Knowledge and application of transfer process to include EMTALA requirements. Maintain Ultrasound IV skills, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.

Assisting RN’s with patient care, and discharge. Completing procedures including: IV insertion, hanging fluids, EKG administration, splint application, urinary catheter insertion, specimen collection; patient transport, documenting using electronic medical records, assisting practitioners with procedures, cleaning and stocking rooms, communicating with and assisting a diverse population in a stroke, chest pain, and level one trauma center certified ED.

Assisting RN’s with patient care, triage, and discharge. Assisting RN’s with patient care, completing procedures including: splint application, urinary catheter insertion, ear irrigation, specimen collection, point of care tests; cleaning and stocking rooms, documenting using electronic medical records, assisting practitioners with procedures, communicating with and assisting a diverse population, providing exceptional care to patients in a level one trauma facility.

Providing patient care at the Paramedic level in coordination with Fire Fighters on scene. Utilizing ACLS/PALS in code situations, treating level one trauma patients, critical cardiac patients, respiratory failure patients, acute intoxications, overdoses, allergic reactions, psychiatric patients. Transporting and treating a diverse population.
