The labyrinth as a meditation tool or as a complement to personal spiritual practice is an ancient practice. As a Veriditas-certified Labyrinth Facilitator, I use my skills to introduce, educate, and assist groups, large or small, in using the practice in a way that is meaningful to them. Reiki practice is another adjunct energetic option that allows the client to relax into their own quiet place, to calm the mind and relax the body, so that the client is able reach an inner place where a dialogue between body, mind, and emotion can happen.

Used my patient care expertise to function as both patient and healthcare management advocates to obtain prior-authorizations and pre-certifications for planned procedures and admissions. In the event of a denial of authorization, I put together documentation from the clients' records in order to mount an appeal of those denials with an aim to getting a reversal of the denial and gaining an assurance of responsibility and payment for services.
