- Partners with global enterprise customers to ascertain IT priorities in order to set a long-term strategy for service delivery that aligns to their business objectives- Creates strategic relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, including CTO, CIO, and Line of Business leaders and technology professionals- Leads teams comprised of Microsoft, Partner and customer resources engaged in the delivery of complex solutions that result in a One Microsoft approach- Delivers services across the entire support lifecycle, including Service Delivery Planning, Service Delivery Management, Incident Management / Escalations and Proactive Remediation Services- Manages portfolios, including contract consumption, contribution margin and revenue growth, and overall satisfaction of customer's services relationship

- Assessed customer support needs through listening, diagnosing, and repairing their devices, helping customers discover and use Microsoft hardware, software, and services- Delivered collaborative and enriching one-on-one training sessions to both consumer and business customers, helping them acquire the skills needed to enhance their knowledge around Microsoft products and services- Facilitated business engagement experiences through in store briefings, workshops, events, and demos

Represented Microsoft on campus as a Brand Ambassador at Ohio State for the 2017-18 academic school year to nurture a community of student developers.

•Supervised over 70 students ages 10-14 in co-educational overnight summer camp environment •Led athletic, musical, arts, crafts and instructional programs •Managed basic Yoga program including proper instruction on breathing techniques
