Informed of the risks of suicide in the industry and aware of invitations and identify healthy coping strategies that will develop resilience.Life Skills Tool Box- aimed at Apprentices/ Trainees and covers a range of topics including communication, budgeting, values and beliefs, health and wellbeing.Hard Hat Chats- 15 min presentations designed specifically for industry covering mental health, alcohol, fatigue and healthy eating. These courses are available to apprentices, trainees, workers, supervisors and organisational staff within the building and construction and mining industries.OzHelp also provides free support services for those in industry, as well as their families. We are able to visit on site for support, as well as intervention in the case of suicide risk when required.
