Motivated by the power in great teams, I work on building high performing teams by providing technical support and guidance, consistently encouraging them to explore, experiment and look for ways of improving quality and efficiency in WASH programs.My experience cuts across program development, implementation, coordination, management, monitoring, evaluation and studies for projects in emergency and development contexts. I have managed multisectoral projects for WASH, Nutrition, Health, shelter, Education protection, GBV, and Agriculture and Livelihoods. The WASH experience includes, shelter construction, drilling and equipping of boreholes, solar, generator and hybrid water systems, WASH financing, governance, construction of sanitation facilities, construction of institutional facilities, WASH in institutions and markets, solid waste management, sanitation marketing, hygiene promotion, community engagement, menstrual hygiene management, PHAST, CHAST, CLTS, and ICT4D in WASH and shelter. It also includes baseline, KAP surveys, Midterm and End of project evaluations, After Action Reviews and research among others.
