Delivering sales results through enablement, content and strategy. Passionate about solving problems and scaling operational programs. I joined eFC in 2023 to help achieve the goal to double business growth by 2026. To support this, I have been hired to lead critical technology implementation and adoption for the global revenue team. And, to transform sales processes. Between 2020 - 2022 I worked at Asana initially joining to help drive the expansion in to APAC, with a specific focus on creating and closing new business opportunities in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. In 2021 I was promoted to lead the Sales Content program across a variety of geographical, industry and role specific verticals. At Asana I (co) led the global AsanaWomen Employee Resource Group with a cohort of 800 employees actively involved in our programming. This spanned over ANZ, SEA, Japan & NAMER, across all levels and functions. I am deeply passionate and motivated by diversity, equity and inclusion and have broken down social norms by leading programming that challenge the status quo and how we increase a sense of belonging for all in the workplace. Prior to eFC and Asana, I worked at Gartner as a Business Development Manager, partnering with Chief HR Officers of mid-sized companies in Australia.
