Working for many years out of my previous home yoga studio in Wellesley and various local studios, I now teach on line and in Lake George, NY during the summers. I have taught over 900 classes to all populations. Many of my clients have been with me for more than 13 years. My style of yoga incorporates all that I continue to learn, through taking classes, reading, so that my clients always grow with me.. We are always students, all of us. "Every guru has a guru". Smart individuals continue to grow and learn throughout their lives and figure things out to make themselves healthier and happier as we age. My yoga business has taken me all over the world to teach others how to improve and maintain fitness in mind, body and soul/spirit, making it a part of a lifelong learning and growth. I have taught various populations in my home studio, Tufts Health Care, Wellesley Synagogue, Needham Synagogue, Needham after-school, Needham's Pipal Leaf, Brookline Mental Health Clinic, and vacationers in Jamaica. I also teach each summer at Lake George's Wiawaka Resort and on docks throughout Lake George, NY.

As Elected Board Member to HRS, the non-profit community mental health agency serving Wellesley, Weston, and Wayland, since 1948, I was an active Board Member and served on the Development Committee. As Board Chair of the Development Team we met or exceeded annual fundraising goals through procuring donations (photographer, food), sourcing ads, and garnering local publicity for our agency. Through our annual telethon efforts my personal calling/writing efforts helped to raise nearly $10,000 each consecutive year.-------------------------------From the Director of Development, Donna Poretsky, this compliment, " It has been an honor to work with you and learn from you - I’ve learned far more from you than you even know. Temple Beth Elohim of Wellesley held an April, 2015 event which I helped market to our community which raised over $8000, and kept the doors of Common Unity Cafes in Roxbury open over a summer, offering young people of Roxbury the opportunity to replace violence with a safe place to learn, grow, and connect with one another, alongside opportunities to find meaningful summer employment. This is the third event at TBE in which I promoted and helped coordinate Gun Violence Prevention goals and actions. The first two (2013, 2014) included Harvard School of Public Safety Experts David Hemenway and Matthew Miller, Rox. Pres. Reverend Liz Walker (2 times). Each event exceeded goals in attendance, and fundraising dollars. 2015 Joined efforts with MOMS DEMAND ACTION to help create a safer America.Legislative: Actively involved in helping Mass. sign into law the toughest common sense gun safety laws in the nation. August 2014 Gov. Patrick signed new gun laws with help of interfaith community and strong leadership and committee work from Temple Beth Elohim.

Based on my passion for fashion, image presentation, and marketing I sold a quality line of NY designed clothing incorporating my own spin on what to where, when based on one's personality, lifestyle and physique.

Consulted with numerous clients to analyze and implement business/marketing programs. Provided expertise in: marketing communications, strategic marketing plans, project management and tracking, event planning, research, budget administration, branding, collateral development, media planning, public relations, fundraising, and more. Clients include: TBE Website Development, Janes Patient Gowns Launch, Best Western Salem Launch, Beyond the 11th Executive Director, Friends of Dana Farber Great Chefs Event Marketing, Mass General Hospital Opening in Waltham, New England Development Account Manager to fill in for someone on maternity leave, Staples.com Marketing one year stint, Phillps AutoGlass Sales Incentive Program assignment, WorkFamlly Directions Relocation Research Assignment.

As an Elected Board Member I co-chaired Groundbreaking Event for our new temple, including speaking engagement.

Created, directed, and implemented marketing plan for this $10 million non-profit organization. Coordinated trade advertising, public relations and direct marketing. Managed Art Director. Led research team to access educational needs of travel agents. Accomplished repositioning of corporate communications at significant cost savings for ongoing programs.

Administered $20 million marketing/communications budget. Crafted and executed national, local, and regional campaigns using print, radio, TV, direct mail, and promotions (sponsorship programs with NBA, Olympics, American Express) for 50+ corporate hotels in concert with advertising agencies. Wrote and delivered speeches, conducted training programs, and designed tradeshow booths. Led quantitative/qualitative research assignments. Built coop advertising/direct mail programs with franchisees nationwide. Coordinated standards and campaign messages in worldwide marketing efforts.

Handled the management of Panasonic Account, with their Technics Brand, through the stewardship of budgeting, creative design, media planning, production, and tracking. Brought on new account, Hess Oil by designing a winning pitch with Account team.
