Provide administrative support in two offices for the General Contractor, building a 400 unit apartment complex. Liaison between owner's management team, HUD office and corporate office, as the General Contractor.Responsible for all HUD requirements such as certified payroll for each subcontractor, Permission to Occupy requirements for each building as well as Certificates of Completions. Coordinate established HUD requirements with architect to facilitate completion of each building. Conduct owner's walks to turn buildings. Schedule inspections with the City for sign-off and periodically walk with the inspectors. Obtain Certificate of Occupancy when building is complete.Conduct meetings with new employees on safety protocols.
