The employee benefits space is one of the most highly regulated industries in the U.S. It’s a complicated market that we all need to embrace but few understand. I’ve been entrenched in it for 25 years, and I still learn something new each day, which keeps me coming back for more.I love what I do because I am able to dig in to the research, solve problems and simplify benefits compliance, so our clients have peace of mind when it comes to effectively managing their compliance activities.Known as the “Head Nerd” at Insurance Solutions/Hilb Group (probably because of my inherent need to understand the “why” behind things), my enjoyment of research has apparently been the catalyst for the evolution of my career. I have worked for insurance carriers in account management, in HR and now on the broker/consulting side for over 18 years.
