Manage and coordinate stormwater sampling during the rainy seasons at 20 bus and rail divisions to comply with the California Regional Water Quality Control Board regulations.• Manage, oversight, and review Phase II Subsurface Investigations, soil, groundwater, and soil vapor sampling. Aerial Deposited Lead Surveys for State of California freeway improvements including statistical analysis and hazardous waste characterization.• Write Remedial Action Plans, Quality Assurance Project Plans, Work Plans, and proposals.• Perform training of personnel in regulatory required Stormwater Pollution Prevention Awareness, the new Globally Harmonized System for Hazard Communication, and technical writing.

• Perform hundreds of Phase I ESAs, HMAs, ISAs, LESAs, and ETSs. Including site reconnaissance, review regulatory files of various government agencies to evaluate environmental conditions, owner/operator interviews, historical document review, title and environmental lien review, and reporting in accordance with All Appropriate Inquiries and ASTM International Standard.• Perform numerous Phase II Subsurface Investigations. Including field preparation, writing Health and Safety Plans, field health and safety officer, oversight of drilling and geophysical activities, use of photo-ionization detector (PID), logging subsurface geologic conditions, sampling, and reporting. • Groundwater monitoring well installation, development, sampling, data compilation, analyzing, and reporting. Stormwater sampling to comply with Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans.• Soil vapor well installation, sampling, data compilation, analyzing, and reporting. Indoor air quality sampling and dust monitoring. Conduct and comply with Operation & Maintenance Programs.
