I worked closely with the Chief Operations Officer and head of Product Support to bring the concepts of Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) into the Operations Department. Instructional Designer: I have created education materials for classroom instructor-led training, remote instructor-led training, Web-based Training, and Computer-based Training. I designed and developed a Moodle site with online courses supporting instructor-led web seminars and self-paced online courses.Technical Writer: Nearly every position I have held in the past 30 years has required me to use my skills in technical writing.
