• Drive the state strategy planning and determine the state’s priorities, programs and resources.• Develop and deepen relationships in communities across the state.• Facilitate trainings and development of trainers and candidates according to the State Parity Project goals, national and state partnership agreements.• Ensure that all metrics related to the State Parity Project are properly tracked and collected; evaluate and assess achievements and shortfalls. • Represent Vote Run Lead on the state stage and in the media.

• Conduct research projects and strategic planning activities, prepare and present written reports.s.• Research potential public and private funding sources to support Agency initiatives and coordinate the submission of grants for the Agency.• Coordinate and implement appropriate community outreach such as events, media campaigns, focused conversations, and one-to-one conversations.• Develop community partnerships and collaborations including representing the Agency on task forces, community-based committees and advisory groups.• Manage and operate the Agency’s social enterprise endeavor.

• Provide program development and evaluation to the Northeast Minnesota Adult Basic Education Consortium including partnership development with MnSCU, workforce, unions, and industry. • Administer and report on local, state, and federal dollars • Administer an annual budget of roughly 1.2 million, maintaining a staff of 19, including, hiring, discipline, and terminations.• Develop program funding via grant writing, fee-for-service, and individual donations.

• Provide program development and evaluation assistance to five AEOA departments with emphasis on Employment and Training, Housing, and Senior Services.• Perform and analyze community needs assessments and assist in strategic planning.• Monitor, maintain, and develop reports on grant funds.

• Interpret and implement guidelines set forth in seven collective bargaining agreements and Minnesota State College and University (MnSCU) policies and procedures.• Assist faculty in the MnSCU instructor credentialing process.• Administer employment benefits and accurately maintain employment records for roughly 300 employees at three community college campuses. • Supervised Human Resource department employees.
