Supporting the Recruiters in gathering all documents needed for placement.• Mapping Travelers to the Master Mapping Document, then tasking Clinical Managers for file reviews and acting upon the results. • Support unbilled revenue by researching Traveler’s placements, confirmations, start dates, and End dates or for what information is needed to resolve the issue for billing.• Communicate with Recruiters to handle all documents needed to submit the clinician for a position.• Also, able to redirect clinicians to other open positions using the Open order tracker managed by the Account Manager. I update the tracker with new orders every week. • I am working on the Prolink Rapid Response Project, and I have worked on previous short-staffing EMR projects.• I have formed a great working relationship with my Account Managers on Team Tenet.
