Working on Serco's Restart Scheme contract supporting our delivery strategy but partnering with wrap around services, charities, training providers and other external stakeholders. These collaborative relationships are vital to ensure positive outcomes for the programmes delivery as well as offer provisions to help overcome our participants barriers preventing them from finding meaningful and sustainable employment. Working towards this will involves provision referrals as was as internally arranging events that support participants with other life factors that are posing challenges to securing their next job. The role also involves maintaining relationships with Supply Chain Partners who deliver on our behalf, supporting them on challenges they may be facing in their delivery and performance. Another branch to the role is establishing strong collaboration with DWP/JCPs to support the contracts performance and enhancing the participants experience on the Restart Scheme to achieve positive outcomes for job seekers in their journey to getting back into work.

Being promoted into the role consisted of managing the team of recruitment officers and overseeing the regions performance of engagement with the NCS programmes. It was key in my role to support staff with underperforming and hard to access schools, monitor data in performance for individuals and the region and create strategies and contingencies to ensure region targets were met. It was also my responsibility to ensure compliance of our contract was upheld amongst staff as well as reporting progression to key stakeholders.

Back in line with my passion for supporting people, this role was all about engaging with schools and young people to sign up to our NCS programme. Heavily dependant on building good relationships with schools to allow us in to host events and presentations to meet performance targets. Persuasion was the aim of the game when it came to events with young people, over coming there objections and converting interest into sign ups. The role also involved thorough use of CRM systems and data monitoring to create and implement action plans to achieve personal and regional targets.

The role involves, meeting and greeting a range of customers, explaining the process to them to give them confidence and comfort in the lovely but sometimes, overwhelming process of choosing a wedding dress. It also involves, reaching sales targets based on conversion percentages and productivity as well as dealing with highe amounts of cash handling and transfactions due to the nature of the product.

This role involved being responsible for a vast number of individuals in both Performing Arts and Art, I had expanded my own development and knowledge as the role required me to teach subjects that I was not specially training in, such as music.I also mentored a from group of year 7’s which entailed guiding and monitoring their progress and behaviour across the whole school. This role also naturally required consistant communication with parents and guardians from many different backgrounds.Being a faith school, whole school events were common such as mass and assemblies. As the teacher of performing arts I worked closely with the R.E department to incorporate music and drama within these events.As a teacher, time management and organization was paramount, managing out of hours’ time preparing and marking. It was also the nature of the job that workloads were unpredictable and varied including parents evenings and opening evenings, meaning a flexible work attitude was essential to supporting students to the best of my ability. In my teaching role, I also offered many extracurricular activities to not only further develop essential skills but to build better rapport with individuals in the classroom.

During my time here covering maternity leave, my role was to also plan and deliver dance and drama across all years including sixth form. I was an NQT during my time here which involved, consistence review and reflection of my own development as a teacher. This involved overcoming areas for improvement by working collaboratively with colleagues to improve my certain teaching techniques.As the only full-time member of staff within the department (covering Head of Department) I took on the responsibility of overseeing the development of the department, managing upwards to achieve this. I went above and beyond by attending meetings and representing the department at open evenings etc. which were responsibilities above my role.I also led extra-curricular activities, organising and overseeing school trips and managing the achievement and behaviour of students across the whole department.

Part of the Sales team temporarily for University holidays. This role includes meeting and greeting a variety of people of all age ranges, assisting them on their choice of product and which is most suitable for their needs. At Clarks customer service is the core of the company, we are with our customer through out the whole of the sale and see them out with a smile and friendly fare well, ensuring they have an exceptional shopping experience with us.I was also Second team leader to the Kids department summer of 2015 which involved meeting standards of displays and stock, as well as managing and observing other members of staff. During this busy period it was my responsibility that customers were seen to efficiently with great customer service and that members of the sales team were driving high value sales, as well ad creating an incentive for them to do so.
