My primary duty is the performance of administrative work directly related to the management and general business operations of the company. I report directly to the CEO and provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship with the CEO and the other C-suite executives at the company. I also serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on all matters pertaining to the office of the CEO. I also serve as the liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organize and coordinate executive functions and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. I am creative and enjoy working in an environment which is purpose oriented and goals-driven. I am required to exercise discretion and independent judgment on significant matters affecting the smooth administration and operation of the company. As the Executive Assistant, I work independently on projects, from conception to completion. I am able to work under pressure at all times on a wide variety of activities, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
