More than 10 years of experience in the clinical laboratory, primarily in hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, and flow cytometry.I am a passionate advocate for the clinical laboratory, and am dedicated to educating the next generation of medical laboratory scientists. The field continues to be critically understaffed, and burnout and job satisfaction issues are key concerns for everyone. Resolving these issues requires the continued efforts of all within the field towards raising professional visibility and public understanding of the importance of the laboratory as a vital part of the healthcare team.
