I'm passionate about bringing people together to lead healthier, happier and more active lives. I joined Move it or Lose it in 2012, after completing my degree in English Literature from the University of Birmingham. I've since become a Director of the company, founding partner of the award-winning FABS Training Programme and overseen the production of our award-winning DVDs and the Fit for Life book.In 2018, we launched MenoHealth which empowers women to take control of menopause. We offer a unique and award-winning programme of online workshops and easy exercise sessions to help businesses support colleagues through and beyond the menopause, with sessions that fit conveniently into the working day.I'm incredibly passionate about the work we do and impact we have on people's lives all across the UK.
