Provide education to internal and external clients, rollout of MyCare Ohio state managed healthcare program in a long-term nursing home setting. Manage day to day operations for production team of six staff handling daily membership feeds/reports from four Health Plans. Oversee insurance carrier relationships for the Optum Care Plus Skilled Nursing Program. Responsible for ensuring Optum client satisfaction. Proactively manage client performance guarantees and establish necessary steps to correct or improve results. Perform cross functional problem solving and analysis. Develop and implement national and regional Nursing Home Joint Operation Committee meetings. Collaborate with Optum, Chain and Health Plan C-Suite. Manage multiple priorities and determines root cause of issues. Liaison with Optum Clinical Team, nursing homes and health plans. Navigate multiple systems and build relationships within multiple departments. Work closely with Report Analyst to review metrics trends and present face to face with Client internally and externally. Lead transformational culture thru growth, change and building strong teams. Cultural ambassador with UHG.

Responsible for the overall development, supervision and administration of the program consistent with the mission of the program (AGS) and the parent program Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry (LMM) Provides over-all strategic direction to all aspects of the program. Develop and implement annual Work Plan and Program Budget. Annually evaluates program and responds to findings. Provides supervision to select staff, through motivation, direction, review and feedback on assignments. Oversees the Volunteer aspect of the Program and works with Volunteer Manager to assign cases to volunteers. Represents the program and participates in relevant local, regional, state and national associations/organizations.
