This position serves as the liaison between Olympus and our customers for repairs performed at Olympus Service Centers. The Service Consultant supports the majority of customer contact functions for the repair process, including repair approval, data entry, report generation, trade-in opportunities, and telephone support, inclusive of providing consultative technical feedback to customers regarding the repair process. Prioritizes and manages work to consistently meet/exceed production and customer satisfaction metrics. Meets scheduled turnaround-times for all repairs.

Responsible for all facets of MSG Customer Service, supporting Olympus customers, Sales Representatives, Technical Assistance Center Engineers, Field Service Engineers, and other related departments. Place/tracks orders for customers, answers in-bound customer calls and investigates/resolves invoice discrepancies. Initiates claim actions for damaged, misdirected, or lost shipments. Partners with assigned Sales Reps., and management to support defined business requirements, and drive customer satisfaction. Produces/tracks Return Material Authorizations, and generates Sales Quotations and revisions. Responsible for the collection/entry of Field Service Reports, and ensures the integrity of the data provided.
