Provides support to Sales, Credit, Funding and Dealer Control departments to ensure dealers are eligible to do business with the company and dealer information is accurate.•Receive, process and verify dealer agreements for various lines of business•Communicate with Sales and dealers on the status of the dealer agreements being processed•Review and identify fax documents to complete the dealer agreement process•Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communication channels within the provided timeframe to provide updates to dealer agreement status and dealer maintenance items•Communicate with Accounting, Treasury, Sales, and Dealers on ACH exceptions
