CurrentDirects business integration strategy and process development for the end-toned Supplier lifecycle experience by identifying gaps in existing strategies, processes, and services; evaluating supplier, merchant and operational needs; developing new strategies and processes based on best practices; and building relationships with stakeholders to influence decision-making and strategy decisions.Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Merchandising & Supplier Services & Programs by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance.Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.Manages quality control and continuous improvement for Merchandising Services by evaluating internal and external processes to identify gaps, deficiencies, and effectiveness; analyzing data to determine key trending or issues; developing, communicating, and implementing solutions.
