I have grown my strengths through my experience in different roles. From Accounts managing, Compliance auditing, Customer service, Recruitment, Sales, Insurance, Inbound and outbound customer service calls. Starting my journey in customer service I have completed several training courses focusing on identifying the different elements of customer service. Learning new skills helped me develop into a department manager for one of the largest suppliers of household Insurance. Taking over all aspects of running a department, from recruiting a team of amazing customer service experts, and completing company audits with the underwriter with remarkable feedback. With my great attention to detail I take pride in ensuring all departments are up to speed with the changes in regulations.
