Developed the customer-facing arm of online lead aggregation firm Leadbay from concept at the launch of the business - developing and managing the implementation of customer service and CRM processes and procedures, service levels, sales, communication and marketing strategies. Accountability for maintenance and growth of revenue from existing customer database. Line management responsibility for a team of up to twelve employees in both management and non-management roles. This role was key in the company achieving its position as the UK’s number one lead aggregator with a customer base of more than 8,000 financial intermediaries and a reputation for excellent customer service.

Working independently on a short term contracted project creating a library of electronic learning tools for a team of speech and language therapists. Involved compiling disparate hard copy learning material to produce a complete programme of learning according to specified guidelines; before converting to written and graphically illustrated material in electronic format.
