Notable projects include: conducting a safe work place survey; liaising and delivering Equality Impact Assessment training to all programme managers and creating a resource bundle for staff; development of Active Bystander training; accessible presentation guidelines; arranging lunch and learn sessions such as Polar Pride, Menopause at work, Stress Management, Prostate Cancer, British Sign Language training and trans awareness; and a community diversity project that brought together community members who challenged NERC to improve diversity in environmental science. I am honoured to have been chosen as 1 of 100 Global Impact Ambassadors. The Global Impact Network is a one of the kind social network that helps us measure our impact on our environment, as described by the 17 SDGs created by the UN.My ultimate goal is to use the SportSDGs platform with the Global Impact Network to measure and demonstrate the power sport has to aid the meeting of the Sustainable Development Goals.

I have been working on a virtual internship with Think Pacific that involves working with and creating an action project with FijiNetball to create a grassroots netball programme in the country. My aim is to add an environmental learning aspect to netball at grassroots level to open more funding opportunities.
