Taught and designed a wide variety of courses including Theory of Experiential Education, Women in Wilderness, and Camp Counseling. Advised a number of students from their freshman year through graduation. Taught the Freshman Experience course, and led several outdoor trips for this experience. Many days in the outdoor field. Served on a number of committees including Academic Standards Committee; Student Retention Committee and chaired the Off Site Travel Policy Task Force

provided individual, group, family and multi-family counseling within a wilderness context for At-Risk male youth. Crisis response, treatment team participation, and case management were all part of the scope of the position.

Worked as a case manager with female inmates in a minimum security correctional facility. Provided 1:1 coaching sessions to help inmates transitioning back to public life be successful, including assisting with job placement, schooling, parenting concerns, and helping establish safe housing agreements for home release visits. Managed volunteers coming into facility. Led recreational trips. Oversaw the Incentive Wage program.
