With over 13 years of experience in the media production and public relations industries, I am the Senior Public Relations Manager at American Prairie, a nonprofit organization that aims to create the largest nature reserve in the continental United States. I am an Emmy award and MT Broadcaster of the Year nominee, as well as the winner of multiple E.B. Craney awards for excellence in journalism.In my career as a journalist, I produced and hosted in-depth news coverage of issues that matter to Montanans, such as politics, social and legal trends, business and the environment. I am skilled in non-linear editing, news writing, news management, and editing. I also plan and execute effective media strategies and events that generate positive publicity, engage diverse media outlets, and respond to breaking news.
