I am currently a Finance and Administration Assistant at a design, build and project management company. I am currently responsible for the Credit Control side of our Accounts team, producing client invoices and liaising with clients to ensure prompt payment. I am also responsible for processing all company expenses, as well as working as part of a team.

• Creating new templates for client documents. Including writing copy and sourcing images, in addition to establishing a universal format that may be used for numerous clients and projects going forward.
• Translating past documents into the new templates. Consisting of proof reading and altering text to provide the best possible representation of the company.
• Working as part of a team to create client specific Tender Responses using the new branding.
• Attending meetings to formulate a design plan, as well as establishing how best to present to clients.
• Managing and creating client presentations working alongside the design team and project managers, to deliver a proposal that best meets the client’s brief.

• Summer cover assisting the manager in the central print area in one of the largest offices in the UK. This included:
• Production of brochures and key client presentations.
• Binding and finishing.
• Laminating and finishing internal marketing materials – such as posters and disaster recovery wallet cards – which were distributed across all UK offices.
• Managing and prioritising the work requests and customer liaison.Later, asked to return to manage the print room as cover for the full time manager whilst on a key project – completely controlling the flow of work.
