With more than three decades experience in national security, I now provide insight on global risks and opportunities, helping companies, organizations, and average Americans anticipate and mitigate potential threats. I provided similar advice and counsel to the U.S. national security civilian and military leadership by personally briefing and by managing the Intelligence Community's most influential analytic enterprises (the President's Daily Brief and the National Intelligence Council). In my last government position, I served as the U.S. President's intelligence briefer for two years and as Deputy Director for National Intelligence. In this role, I led the integration of the Intelligence Community's core mission areas across 18 agencies and tens of thousands of employees spanning strategic analysis, collection architecture, S&T innovation, and great power competition.As an innovator, change agent, and c-suite level leader for more than two decades, I was known for measurably improving workforce engagement, developing and executing values-based vision and strategy, and leveraging the power of organizations to achieve impact beyond their traditional domains. I'm excited to now bring this expertise to help private-sector organizations achieve their strategic objectives and be best prepared to meet the most complex geopolitical challenges we have faced in our lifetimes.
