Lead, Design, Develop and Implement Resilient School Culture Program for Pre-K through 6th grade. Results: Created digital behavior management system for tracking, sorting and reporting on the duration and frequency of student behavior concerns. Administrators and teachers were able to more easily identify patterns of behavior and successful interventions. Provide direct instruction in mindfulness, self-regulation and stress management to all staff and students. Lead Student Success Team and Trauma Sensitive Schools Initiatives.Results: Created “The Resilience Room” as the center for support services for students and teachers, fundamentally shifting behavior problems into learning opportunities. Created Deep Looking Projects, arts integrated behavior interventions for kids of greatest concern, in need of targeted skill building and contribution jobs. Created Mindful InterPlay enrichment program for all students. Collaborated with KU Med Occupational Therapy Program to research implementation of Empowered Children: Resilient Children, a 10-week program for teaching mindfulness, social emotional learning, creative problem-solving skills and brain-based self-regulation.

Collaborate with grant writers to secure funding for ongoing TIC work in the hospital and community.Results: Secured multiple grants from local, state and national funders for the implementation of community education and training programs.
