Employment Law Attorney
CurrentRepresent employers throughout all phases of employment litigation in California and federal courts including large-scale wage and hour class action defense, trial and appellate work, and employee claims of discrimination, harassment, and accommodation. Provide advice and counseling on wide variety of personnel issues and legal compliance with state and federal employment laws. Oversee wage and hour audits, conduct job analyses, and support corporate training initiatives. Partner with clients to develop communication strategy and manage risk during periods of organizational change.
